I am so addicted to Zumba.

I have 6 classes a week that I build my life around, I usually make it to 4 or 5.  I get depressed when I miss a class. I listen to Zumba music in the car. I hear Zumba music in my head and dace to it while I’m doing menial tasks (working, shopping, showering, drinking, etc).  I wear clothes that fit in a way that I can just DO Zumba whenever the need strikes.

I love this shit.

So here’s the deal. I feel like shit… I’ve lost 50 lbs since September, and I have been unable to lose for the past couple weeks. It’s not because my body is just made this way, I just haven’t been as good about my diet and exercise. I’ve only been going to Zumba 4 times a week…eating has been interesting. I’ve for some reason decided eating a spoonful of peanut butter whenever I want isn’t going to stop me from losing which is stupid…

I needed a picture of myself to remind myself that I’m doing good, and also to remind myself that I’m not at the shape that I want to be in yet. 
I also just haven’t done a gpoy or tt in a while. So here’s a topless Thursday!! ;-)

So I decided at some point this past week that bandanas are going to be my new thing for Zumba. Like match them to my outfit (I had an all black and white one for Sunday’s Master Class, and I had a wicked cute Zebra print bandana to go with it!!) or to compliment the outfit (a la today’s ensemble of a black top, yellow pants, and a purple bandana!)

I need to get more! (If anyone has any the want to send me let me know, I’ll take donations!!)
